Ambulances were cancelled on scene by Scottsbluff Fire. Injuries were minor and the patient was reportedly transported to Regional West Medical Center by family.

(MINATARE, Neb.) -- Officers attempted a traffic stop on a Charger after receiving a report of shots fired from the road or vehicle. Traffic indicated a possible AR-15.
A high speed pursuit ensued with the vehicle to Stonegate Road passing County Road N, north of Minatare. Multiple State Patrol units responded with assistance.
Units on scene reported codes and status updates as teams moved in to secure the area and provide support. One male was arrested and taken to County Jail.

(LUSK, Wyo.) -- AirLink at Regional West was called for a motor vehicle accident near Lusk, Wyoming late Friday night, May 1, 2026. Scanner traffic indicated a fatally serious accident with one patient being transported to the hospital.

Regional West ER, this is AirLink One. We are twenty minutes out with a cold offload coming to you with a 40-year-old trauma patient involved in a T-bone type accident at highway speeds. The vehicle struck the bed of a semi-truck; three occupants were DOA on scene. The patient was extricated, awake and oriented, C-spine cleared, and head CT negative.
Vitals: HR 80, BP 100/66, RR 14, SpO2 99% on 2 L O2. Injuries include left hip fracture, left orbital blowout, small right pneumothorax in the lower lobe, and left rib fractures. Diverting from MCR with ETA ~20 minutes; please activate full trauma team.

(WILDCAT HILLS) -- A serious ATV rollover accident occurred this morning, April 25, around 11:00 am near the County line. Air Link at Regional West was unable to fly due to weather. One male was transported via ground ambulance to Regional West Medical Center.
Dispatch audio captures the response to a UTV rollover on Highway 71 near the Wildcat Hills and Banner/Scotts Bluff county line. Multiple regional units coordinate after reports of a male rider found unresponsive with head injuries and heavy bleeding.
Emergency crews arrive on scene, stabilize and evaluate the patient, and prepare for transport to a nearby hospital while managing traffic and scene safety.
